Over the past decade, Pequod has embraced the benefits of remote working for employees, recognising that flexible working practices can provide improved quality of work /life balance can be achieved. We have developed our systems and working practices in an effort to decentralise and support a distributed workforce capable of working seamlessly from any location.

As a result of these developments, we have, from the onset of the initial COVID-19, adapted our global operations to full remote working. this has been achieved, smoothly and with no changes to our usual high service levels

As we enter the second wave of the Pandemic and further lockdown measures begin to set in place, we are looking beyond the “New Normal”, to what the longer-term demands of the business environment as a whole and the insurance industry in particular, will be.

To prepare for the reality of The Next Normal and ensure the long term continuation of growth and development for The Pequod Group to service our clients, we have adopted and implemented a series of procedures and working practices.
